In a May 1, 2024 op-ed, Erez Aloni, an associate professor in the Peter A. Allard School of Law, criticized an April 25, 2024 resolution by the University of British Columbia – Okanagan Senate condemning Israel and falsely claiming that the International Court of Justice had determined that Israeli actions constituted genocide.
